My download links didn't arrive to my email

Please email Info@samplesbyphon.com with your order number and we will assist you with your download links as soon as we can. Please note, it may have ended up in your spam folder.

Refund/Return Policy.

All products sold on Samples by Phøn are digital downloads. All purchases are final and no refunds may be issued under any circumstances. Please listen to all the previews we supply of the product to ensure it is the product you would like to purchase. Resale or lease or share of any purchased products and inclusion of content contained within our products, into other sample pack, drum kit, or library of any kind are forbidden.

What do I get with my purchase?

Upon payment and providing appropriate credit as specified, you receive a non- exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Samples in your Recordings. This license allows you to publicly perform, distribute, or transmit your Recordings that include the Samples.

Can I use the Samples for commercial projects?

You can use the Samples in your personal projects distributed independently, like beat tapes or mixtapes, without further obligation. If you plan to sublicense, sell, or

distribute your Recording through third parties or if your Recording gets over 1,000,000 streams, you need to obtain formal clearance as described below.
Drum & Percussion loop samples, and all one-shot samples in this sample pack
are
royalty free and do not require clearance.

When do I need to get formal clearance?

Formal clearance is required if:

  • You plan to commercialize your Recording through third parties like major or 

    qualifying independent labels, sync agencies, etc.
  • Your Recording achieves over 1,000,000 streams on any digital service platform.

What does "Major Record Label" and "Qualifying Independent Label" mean?
  • Major Record Label: Includes labels affiliated with major distributors like Sony, 

    Universal, or Warner Music Group, or those distributed by these labels.
  • Qualifying Independent Label: Any label not categorized as a Major Record 

    Label but has distributed albums with significant streaming numbers (100,000 streams in a month or 1,000,000 in total).
By using the website and purchasing the sample pack, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.
