Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Product Type
   All products sold on Samples by Phøn are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped.

2. Delivery Method
   Upon completing a purchase, customers will receive an email containing a download link to access their purchased sample packs. The link is available instantly or within a few minutes after payment processing.

3. Download Access & Issues

   • If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
   • If there is still an issue, contact info@samplesbyphon.com with your order details, and we will resend the link.
